Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Please, can you explain me how this site works? I'm asking because I uploaded a pic but I thought that I was uploading it as my avatar. I think I may delete that pic and I don't know how XD. It's very confusing :S

You can't have avatars on there, in the "general" sense, like here for example. Its a very basic and freely hosted wiki site you see (different to wikia, which does allow avatars, but is riddled with slow servers and advert spam)

If you haven't used wiki's before it can be hard to know what to do, where to start etc

You could however have your avatar on your own page (which every user gets by default) Which you can find top right of the screen if logged in, hover over "more" and click "my page".

Then :
# Click edit page.
# You'll be met with the code page, which is where all code content goes. Copy in the following:

[[Image:Anime13.jpg‎|center|link=]]

The above code will load your image and plage it in the center of the screen. After that its a case of adding any text you want and pressing "save page" at the bottom.

You could however add :

[[Image:Anime13.jpg‎|center|250px|link=]]

The added code being "|250px|" which decides the width of the image, if its too big for example (px being pixels).

Liek I sa, its hard if you've never used wiki's before. However, [link] & [link] may help if your wanting to learn more

If you make an account on there kat, your fine to upload

and to help with naming (so it seperates them, should anyone else upload their own version of any blanks) I use the following filename method :

setname_stage_type_author

So you'd have :

BaseSet_Basic_Lightning_superkat.png - or somesuch

However atm the site has gone wonky, most likely the host being very silly and updating without telling anyone -.-

Your fine to upload them somewhere and give me the link though, I can mass upload the cards, as an alternative
